Social Worker
IAN Social Workers assist our Colorado prospective adoptive parents (PAP) with SAFE home study assessments, education and training, and post adoption/post placement reports for domestic and international adoptions. This job requires the application of clinical skills and judgement, excellent writing and communication skills, must reside in Colorado and have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program of social work or a combination of a bachelor’s degree in any field and prior experience in adoption or intercountry adoption in home study preparation, and be SAFE Certified.
